Leading From Where You Are “Lead in any organization from any position”

In this talk, Sanders will talk about unique opportunities many professionals have to influence where they are in all directions – vertical (to the boss), horizontal (among peers) and direct (to those you lead). Influence is power. No matter who you are, where you work, or what professional goals you have, Corey will give you practical, actionable steps that can be implemented immediately to help you achieve greater influence in the workplace and lead those around you.
